Hi, I'm Sean. A funkadelic coding monk chasing engineering nirvana. Software developer, systems builder, full-time geek, and former U.S. Marine.

I've spent more than 20 years building software across the stack, from interfaces and APIs to distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools. I like taking complicated problems apart, figuring out how the pieces really work, and putting them back together into something simpler.

These days I work mostly with TypeScript, Go, React, cloud infrastructure, and AI, with a particular interest in developer tooling, automation, and the rapidly changing ways we build software.

I build things, break things, learn why they broke, and occasionally write about what I learned.
